G2 Recruitment are currently partnering with a large EPC company that have been awarded the main contract for all construction and civil engineering works for a new hydrogen production facility in Austria.
They are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and lead site execution activities during the core construction phase. The project is a minimum of 12 months, as they construction work is required to be completed by the end of 2027.
Requirements:
* Be able to oversee and manage day‑to‑day construction operations for all civils and structural parts of this project. Have strong experience leading multi‑disciplinary site teams and subcontractors.
* Be able to conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and resolve any issues that arise.
* Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* 10+ years experience managing large infrastructure projects, ideally within Oil and Gas Plants or specifically Hydrogen.
* Full German and English Fluency is a must have requirement.
* Must be able to work as a registered Freelancer in the EU (EU Citizen/Passport holder).
* Be comfortable with being on site for the duration of this project.
