Role Description
This is a remote, part-time contractor engagement (retainer) for an R&D Research Partner supporting LuLarge's research and product development. You will run structured web-based research to identify, collect, and interpret publicly available information relevant to sustainable finance and ESG data, and translate findings into clear, reusable internal outputs (briefs, structured notes, source lists, and insights).
The work is desk research and analysis (not laboratory-based). You'll collaborate closely with the founders via Slack/Coda, contributing to research sprints that feed directly into product hypotheses, pilot work, and client-facing insights.
Qualification
* Strong experience in
research, structured web research, and synthesis.
* Ability to
evaluate source credibility

* Comfortable turning messy information into
structured outputs

* Interest or experience in
sustainable finance, ESG, regulation/policy, or financial markets
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a
high-ownership contractor mindset
* Technical skills are a plus: familiarity with AI/LLMs, Python, and/or databases.
* Clear written communication (English required; German a plus)
