Growth & Account Lead - Embedded Insurance (m/f/d), who will work side by side with the Head of Embedded Insurance to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across UNIQA Group. In this key role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure delivery of strategic milestones, and help position UNIQA as a leader in Embedded Insurance in CEE. What to expect:
* Identify, acquire, and manage new (international) customers and business opportunities to scale the Embedded Insurance business within and across UNIQA’s footprint
* Act as a single point of contact (SpoC) for country Embedded Insurance teams, supporting them in customer acquisition, account oversight, and performance management
* Provide hands-on support to country Embedded Insurance teams to accelerate growth, resolve operational challenges, and ensure alignment with group-level goals
* Define and implement go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with business models and units, ensuring market-fit and scalability
* Build and nurture strategic customer relationships, focusing on optimizing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and long-term value creation
* Monitor customer and growth KPIs, derive actionable insights, and collaborate with country teams to continuously improve Embedded Insurance offerings
* Translate customer insights and market signals into concrete recommendations for enhancing the Embedded Insurance value proposition
What we expect
* Proven track record in acquiring and managing customers and partners on international level
* Proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building
* Demonstrated ability to manage partners and engage internal stakeholders effectively
* Experience with embedded insurance products and market
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Familiarity with regulatory and technological frameworks of Embedded Insurance
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German or another CEE language is a plus)
