Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
The Staff Specialist Microsoft 365 Enablement focuses on enabling Infineon office users to work effectively with Microsoft 365 in their daily collaboration and productivity scenarios. Rather than operating or engineering Microsoft 365 services, the focus is on user enablement, communication, and sustainable adoption across diverse job profiles and teams.
Build and continuously deepen expertise for Microsoft 365, with a strong understanding of the available services (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot, etc.) and how they work together in end‑to‑end scenarios
Consult and advise users, teams, and stakeholders on how to effectively adopt Microsoft 365 in their daily ways of working
Translate business needs and collaboration scenarios into practical Microsoft 365 usage patterns and recommendations
Design, create, and continuously improve structured training journeys for Infineon office users that have diverse job profiles
Prepare, host, and facilitate end‑user trainings and workshops
Create, maintain, and evolve internal documentation, guidance, and best practices (e.g. how‑to guides, FAQs, adoption playbooks)
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Degree in Business Informatics, Digital Media, Communication or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Ideally 3+ years of experience in delivering end‑user trainings, workshops, or enablement activities in a corporate environment with diverse user groups
Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured, and engaging way
Strong consulting mindset, user-centric thinking, and a structured, proactive, self-driven work style
Passion for enablement, learning, and helping users improve their ways of working
You don't need to be an Microsoft 365 expert on day one - experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g. Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Loop, Copilot) is not mandatory, but a plus
Fluent English and German language skills
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G ). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
