Siemens is harmonizing its salesterms and needs an experienced lawyer''s support for aninternational project, where you will report to the lead of theproject in Siemens AG, Germany. We are looking for a person withexcellent drafting skills in German and English, as well ascuriosity about legal tech and IT. Aufgaben You will beresponsible for the legal tasks within the already launched globalharmonization project for Siemens'' Sales terms and conditions. Draft terms and conditions, contracts, and offer templates with afocus on Legal Design (well structured, easy to read, and plainlanguage), requiring a solid understanding of internationalcontract law. Contribute to Siemens'' standardized clause library,ensuring consistency across various clauses and documents. Collaborate with different business units and functions, includingtax, insurance, finance, and IT, across regions. Develop andupdate innovative training materials and playbooks for global Salesterms and condition. Work closely with IT and business teams toautomate Siemens'' Sales terms and conditions. Support the rolloutand update process of Siemens'' Sales terms and conditions acrossdifferent regions. Profil A master''s degree in law from arecognized Austrian university with above average results, or acomparable international qualification. At least two years ofprofessional experience as a legal advisor in an international lawfirm or the legal department of an international company. Profound legal expertise in international contract law, commercialand IT law. Knowledge of common law is a plus. Internationalexperience is advantageous (either work or studies). Excellentdrafting skills in German and English. Strong analytical skills,good business sense, and a focus on results. Excellentcommunication and collaboration abilities with team members,business partners, and colleagues across functions and countries. Curiosity about legal tech and IT. Wir bieten Depending on specicqualications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary(Full time Basis) of at least EUR 3.665,31 is expected.
