Job Description
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join our Personal Injury team in our Brisbane North offices, located at North Lakes and Chermside.
You will be constantly challenged by using your technical knowledge and experience in Personal Injuries and to strive for fair outcomes for our clients. Using your high levels of interpersonal communication skills, and ‘can-do’ attitude you will have the ability to easily manage conflicting business needs and deadlines with confidence in your ability to prioritise accordingly. With your strong client focus and passion for helping people you will foster and manage relationships with referrers and other external parties while also looking to grow our incredible practice. Part of this role will also provide support and mentoring to our junior legal staff.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 35 hours per week in a Hybrid working model, giving you a great mix between working in the office and working from home.
Qualifications
We are looking for those with a strong client focus, that approach each client with compassion and empathy along with your drive to get the very best outcomes for our clients.
* 7+ years PAE within an injuries litigation environment
* Personal Injuries experience
* Strong client and relationship building skills
* Strong client service focus and a passion for helping people
* Excellent organisation skills and an ability to multi-task
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to provide leadership and guidance to the wider team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
