Qualifications
* You have a degree in business administration or business informatics from a technical college, commercial college, or university
* You have already gained several years of experience in customizing SAP systems and have acquired knowledge of one or more SCM modules and solutions (MM, SD, EWM, ARIBA, etc.)
* You have initial leadership experience in the SAP field and know how to lead your team to success with commitment and team spirit
* Structured thinking and analytical judgment help you with continuous process improvement
* You are fluent in spoken and written German and English
* You are willing to travel internationally on occasion and enjoy getting to know different cultures
Responsibilities
* You will be involved in implementing Hirschmann Automotive’s digitalization strategy and the upcoming S/4 transition, focusing on supply chain processes
* You will manage and represent the international and interdisciplinary SAP Supply Chain Integration within Hirschmann Automotive IT
* You actively manage partners and ensure second‑level support
* You contribute your expertise in designing and implementing new and existing end‑to‑end processes in the SCM environment
* You will be based either at the headquarters in Rankweil, at the Hirschmann Automotive Group locations, or occasionally working from home
