Job Title:Driver Relations & Data Management SpecialistAbout the Role:The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Process Coordinator to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our driver fleet, supporting freelancers and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will coordinate across international teams, maintain data integrity, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and driver satisfaction**.Key Responsibilitie**s:Contract Managemen t: Manage the full contract lifecycle for drivers, including registration, re-registration, and de-registration.Team Interfac e: Act as a central point of contact between international teams (onboarding, operations, finance).Data & Reportin g: Maintain master data, ensure data accuracy, and create monthly operational reports.Driver Suppor t: Handle complex driver inquiries and provide timely, precise support.Fees & Social Insuranc e: Assist with payments, ÖGK registrations/deregistrations, and resolve billing-related issues.External Communicatio n: Liaise with drivers, authorities (ÖGK, AUVA), and external service providers.Process Improvemen t: Identify opportunities for automation and enhance processes for efficiency and user-friendliness.Driver Communicatio n: Support updates, guidelines, and information dissemination to the driver networ**k.Qualifications / Skills Requir**ed:Completed commercial training (e.g., HAK, HLW) or comparable qualification.Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Mail) and experience handling large datasets.
