YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and ensure compliance with certification processes (ISO, ISO, ISO, ISO ) across all Palfinger entities
2. Conduct internal audits and assess the effectiveness of the Global PALFINGER Management System (GPMS)
3. Develop audit programs, plans, schedules, and checklists based on risk assessments and strategic priorities
4. Continuously improve QHSE policies and standards and assist local entities in their implementation
5. Oversee corrective and preventive actions for compliance and support the implementation of global "Quality Leader" strategies and quality targets
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. A degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field with several years of experience in QHSE auditing within a manufacturing environment
7. Proficiency in QHSE management systems (ISO, ISO, ISO, ISO ), audit methodologies, and a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards
8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present reports to senior management; skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
9. Fluent in English and German, additional languages and certifications are a plus and international travel readiness up to 50%
10. Core Tools Training and Certified Quality Manager, Personnel-certified Auditor Certification for ISO, ISO, ISO, ISO

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
