* Ensure FEFO-based product prep (BBD availability)
* Document and report shifts accurately
* Oversee proper shift handovers
* Participate in projects
* Ensure smooth multi-shift shipping operations
* Supervise and manage company facilities
* Conduct briefings and meetings
* Control and ensure timely shipments, transports, and pickups
* Prepare and follow up on shift work
* Manage time, reporting, and compliance with goals/standards
* Oversee quality and risk management
* Assist and act as deputy to the Site Manager
* Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
* Proven leadership and professional experience in a related industry (e.g., trade, manufacturing, services, or craftsmanship)
* Solid MS Office skills & basic understanding of ERP systems
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, both disciplinary and professional
* Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands‑on, independent working style
* Open to working in rotating shifts
* Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken
Annual gross salary for this position is €84,000 on a full‑time basis (Collective Agreement for Employees in Trades and Crafts, and in Service Industries).
