Key Responsibilities
* Manage customer inquiries concerning online services, including account access, billing questions, and service features via phone, email, and live chat in German.
* Provide clear and helpful information to customers about our online products and services.
* Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through the resolution process.
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback and issues are addressed promptly.
* Stay updated on the latest trends and features in online services to provide the best possible support.
Requirements
* Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
* Previous experience in customer service, particularly in online services or technology, is preferred.
