Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Technician role located in Linz. The Field Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware and software, offering technical support to clients and resolving issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include performing system diagnostics, ensuring optimized performance of IT infrastructure, conducting regular maintenance, and providing on-site technical expertise. The technician will also collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of IT services and project rollouts tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in IT Infrastructure & Services, including installing and maintaining hardware and software, and providing technical support
* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolving technical issues
* Understanding of IT security practices and cloud solutions
* Effective communication skills for client interactions and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Time management, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail for on-site service excellence
* Physically capable of handling and installing technical equipment
* Relevant certifications in IT or networking are a plus
* Proficiency in German and English is preferred
