- Build on the initial sale to ensure that customers implement the GlobalBet product as widely as possible in the initial territory and in other territories in which customers operate- Retain regular contact with your set clients- Stay informed and updated on our product and USPs- Upsell our product to your clients- Assist the customer in ensuring the roll out of implementation on time, both internally and externally- Create regular client reports and records- Build strong internal relationships with other key departments across GlobalBet and work closely with the product and marketing team to form marketing and sales plans- Forecast and track key account metrics (quarterly results and annual forecasts)- Take note of any suggestions or complaints clients have and forward them to relevant teams**Qualifications**:
- ** 5+ years** of B2B software account management experience, at least **2 of which must be to customers in Africa**:
