Job Description
1. Manufacturing electronic and electromechanical components/assemblies according to technical production documents
2. Operating, setting up, and programming machines and equipment
3. Performing functional checks and quality inspections on components/assemblies based on manufacturing drawings and test guidelines
4. Optimizing manufacturing processes in collaboration with other departments
Qualifications
* Completed training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or adhesive technology (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL)
* Experience in cable assembly (manual, semi- & fully automated) including associated technologies (crimping, splicing, soldering, etc.)
* Knowledge in adhesive & potting technology (including surface treatment)
* Affinity for working with machines and automation solutions
* Preferable: IPC, WHMA, or FED certifications
* Independent and precise working style with a strong quality focus
* Team player with reliability and dedication
* Leadership skills
* Willingness to work afternoon shifts

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position, it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.100 to € 3.900.
