We’re currently looking for a Legal Counsel to support high-impact matters across IP/IT, corporate, and employment law—driving legal strategy, crafting key contracts, and playing a central role in shaping the business.
Responsibilities
* Enhancing our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on IP/IT law, corporate law, data protection law, compliance and/or employment law
* Working closely with legal partners such as lawyers, notaries, tax consultants and support management in legal matters at national and international level
* Supporting our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics
* Developing guidelines, concepts, processes, principles and agreements and offering legal support in M&A processes
* Participating in the development and implementation of strategic contract management
* Conducting in-house training courses on legal topics and being the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions
Qualifications
* A completed legal degree and at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm
* Experience in reviewing and developing contracts, preferably in the field of IP/IT law
* Experience in prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment
* Experience with due diligence obligations in supply chains as well as drafting and aligning of guidelines and policies
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, fluency in both German and English is a must
* A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to familiarize yourself well with technical issues
