Your responsibilities
* Further development and evaluation of the PALFINGER Partner Standards Program (guidelines, bonus systems, etc.) in close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, etc.
* Preparation, creation, and follow-up of key performance indicators and reports for sales, installation, and service partners, with a strong focus on partner performance
* Definition of sales, installation, and service partner management processes (scouting, screening, onboarding, development)
* Leading and contributing of strategic and global Network Development projects
* Supporting the further development of essential online tools and platforms
