Role details
As a Project Manager, you will:
Be the primary contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
Lead demanding customer implementation projects successfully
Define treasury needs and processes together with customers
Analyze and evaluate business requirements and run implementation projects with internal project members
Conduct training sessions and workshops on cash and treasury management solutions
Ensure strong connectivity between Nomentia's solutions, customer integration layers, and bank systems
Prioritize customer needs to ensure project success
Collaborate proactively with internal stakeholders across Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and Product
Outside of project deliveries, you will also act as an internal consultant for our development team, representing the voice of the customer to help define Treasury solutions that solve real customer challenges and improve how they use Nomentia's platform.
Who you'll work with
Your core team: Consulting Managers, fellow Project Managers, Solution Engineering, and the wider Professional Services organization.
Stakeholders: Customers, banks, internal technical experts, and cross-functional teams.
What success looks like in this role
In your first 6 months, you're expected to:
Onboard successfully and gain a strong understanding of Nomentia's solution architecture and implementation methodology
Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Deliver well-structured project plans that meet customer needs and expectations
Longer term, you'll be measured by:
Project delivery timelines and customer satisfaction
Quality and reliability of project execution
Your contribution to scalable implementation practices and team collaboration
What we're looking for
Work experience:
At least 3 years of experience in corporate treasury with a preference for candidates with a background in SaaS.
Previous experience working in a cross-functional, global environment, managing and aligning multiple stakeholders.
Strong customer-centric mindset, with demonstrated experience in customer-facing project work.
Project management skills:
Ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously with a consultative, solution-oriented approach
Project Management certification is considered an advantage
Language skills:
Native-level German
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of other European or Nordic languages is a plus
