Responsibilities
Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and common enterprise applications
Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access provisioning)
Support network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams (Network, Security, Applications)
Assist with system upgrades, patching, and asset management
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
Provide end‑user guidance and basic training when required
