Industry Account Executive (f/m/d) Austria

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
As an Industry Account Executive, your primary mission will be to drive business growth by prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new opportunities related to SAP GROW in existing customer accounts. You will leverage your expertise and a strategic approach to customer engagements, utilizing SAP's resources to solve customer problems:
* Manage sales for SAP Cloud solutions, especially within the SAP Business Suite strategy.
* Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to promote SAP Cloud ERP.
* Establish and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and consultation.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
* Achieve revenue targets and contribute to company growth.
Account and Customer Relationship Management
* Manage and nurture account relationships to exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and execute account plans tailored to customer needs for sustainable growth.
* Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements and providing value through SAP solutions.
* Gain insights into each customer's technology landscape, growth plans, and competitive environment to offer informed solutions.
* Create comprehensive business plans addressing customer priorities, utilizing value engineering, benchmarking, and ROI data.
Roadmap to Success
* Build a customer-centric strategy and own the commercial relationship.
* Lead sales efforts aligned with customer strategy and product roadmaps.
* Secure future success by expanding to cloud and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management
* Maintain an organized, up-to-date sales pipeline with a disciplined approach.
* Collaborate with marketing, business development, and partners to generate and nurture leads.
* Leverage SAP cloud offerings, including Industry Solutions, LOB solutions, and technology solutions, to maximize sales opportunities.
* Advance and close sales opportunities by executing the sales strategy.
Sales Excellence
* Focus on selling the value of SAP Business Suite.
* Execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
* Coordinate deployment of teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
* Utilize best practices and position SAP solutions effectively against competitors.
* Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in CRM.
Leading a (Virtual) Account Team
* Demonstrate leadership in coordinating remote teams to achieve shared goals.
* Align account teams and partners with each account's strategy for effective customer engagement.
* Maximize the value of sales support organizations.
Experience & Educational Requirements
* Minimum of 5+ years in complex business software and IT solutions sales.
* Proven success in Business Application software sales.
* Experience leading collaborative sales teams.
* Ability to handle cloud transactions and long sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative, competitive market.
* Strong negotiation skills and experience with renewals, expansions, and upsells of subscription solutions.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken) are required.
