Your main tasks in this role are:

Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
* As a Manager Change & Communications you have 5+ years’ experience in change and / or transformation, and experience of working on fast-paced, dynamic projects
* You have proven success in developing and executing change strategies and initiatives Evidence of understanding and successful application of change management and / or communication theory
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English
* Being resilient and able to deal with ambiguity is one of your professional core competencies
* You have strong people skills
* You have a university degree

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
* willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
