We're Hiring: Sales & Project Coordination Specialist (m/f/d)

Due to a growing number of incoming requests (a problem we're happy to have), Arboretum Haus is expanding its sales team. We are looking for a motivated, structured, and communicative professional who enjoys turning interest into real projects — and knows how to keep multiple conversations moving at the same time.

What You'll Be Doing
Managing inbound leads and keeping our CRM clean, structured, and up to date
Communicating with potential clients and guiding them from first contact to deal closing
Identifying high-quality opportunities (diamonds) among general inquiries (stones)
Coordinating projects internally with our architectural and engineering teams
Supporting clients during configuration and planning phases
Following projects through to production and delivery
Managing several parallel projects without losing oversight or momentum
In short: you make sure nothing gets lost, nothing gets stuck, and good conversations turn into signed projects.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in sales (required)
Confident, structured communication style
Very good English (working language)
Additional EU languages are a strong advantage
Experience with CRM systems and structured sales workflows
Basic understanding of AI tools and automations (or strong willingness to learn)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Interest or background in architecture, construction, or design is a plus
Reliable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
What You'll Be Selling
Architectural products — not mass-market goods.
Our projects require consultation, coordination, and an understanding of design, functionality, and client needs. This is consultative sales, not call-center work.

Compensation
We pay according to the applicable Austrian collective agreement (KV) — and if you bring more to the table, we're happy to reflect that in your salary.
