IT Operations Manager (all genders)
Start immediately. Total hours available: Part‑time, max. 30 h.
Location: Salzburg.
To keep everything running smoothly here, we need more than just good tools. We need an IT system that simply works in everyday life. As an IT Operations Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our teams on technical issues and ensure that workstations, devices, and setups run smoothly. You’ll bring structure to our workplace IT, further develop standards, and create an environment where everyone can work easily. You’ll work closely with our teams, manage external IT partners, and steadily develop our internal IT organization – pragmatically, solution‑oriented, and with a focus on the essentials.
Responsibilities
* First‑level IT support for our employees regarding technical questions and issues
* Management, organization, and preparation of our workstations (devices, equipment, etc.) in collaboration with the purchasing department
* Implementation and further development of standards for devices and equipment
* Management of our IT warehouse and oversight of hardware and accessories
* Organizing and coordinating external IT service providers, including quality management (setup of workstations, etc.)
* Responsibility for and management of license administration for our tools and software solutions
* Implementing and maintaining basic security measures such as 2FA and password policies
* Developing and keeping up‑to‑date clear and comprehensive IT documentation
* Continuously improving our workplace IT and support processes
Qualifications
* Experience in IT support, IT service desk, or workplace IT
* Strong knowledge of work devices, operating systems, and standard software
* Enjoyment in supporting employees with technical issues
* A structured, independent, and solution‑oriented approach to work
* Interest in bringing order, standards, and clarity to IT matters
* Strong communication skills when interacting with internal teams and external partners
* A hands‑on mentality and a pragmatic approach to solutions
* Due to our corporate language and current client structure, German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required
Offer
We can offer you a gross annual salary starting at €42,000 (including vacation and Christmas bonuses) based on a full‑time position. Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
