Seasonal Burton Basecamp Guide (E-Com Customer Service)
We are looking for a full‑time candidate from the beginning of November until the end of March with fluency in French, German, and English. Additional languages are a plus.
The Burton Guide is the first point of contact for Burton end consumers, responsible for answering consumer requests via phone, email, webform, and chat. The goal is to build trust by understanding and resolving requests in the best possible way. The candidate will work closely with the E‑commerce and Product Service Department to share knowledge and customer feedback, improving efficiency and productivity.
What You Get to Do:
* Assist customers with product, order and warranty questions via phone, email, and chat
* Establish and maintain professional one‑on‑one relationships with customers and internal partners
* Work alongside the Burton E‑Commerce and Product Service teams to share knowledge and customer feedback
* Guide and educate customers about Burton and Anom product lines
* Create, post, translate and proof‑read support content for burton.com
What You'll Bring to the Team:
* A passion for snowboarding with in‑depth product knowledge
* Outdoor industry knowledge with previous experience in customer service is highly regarded
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German, French, Italian or Spanish is a strong plus
* A positive attitude, detail‑oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining a "team and customer first" mindset
* The ability to work in a flexible and fast‑paced environment
* Well organized, time‑efficient and multi‑tasking ability
