Coach (passioné pédagogie) - AI x EdTech
Full remote – French fluent required. Working from our offices in Dubai, Paris, Lisbon or any location worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Design and build learning experiences that combine psychology, storytelling, and product design.
* Own the full learning system architecture – from strategy to execution.
* Define, prototype, and refine AI-powered coaching cycles, loops, and personalization.
* Write scripts, copy, and educational assets (modules, assessments, prompts, supplemental materials).
* Lead desk and user research to inform course goals, learner personas, and curriculum structure.
* Iterate on courses using learner data, feedback, and performance metrics; define KPIs of transformation.
* Collaborate with coaches, peers, mentors, designers, and engineers to create cinematic, science-based learning journeys.
* Actively engage with users to identify and solve pain points, applying behavioral science principles.
Qualifications
* 3–6 years of experience in Learning, Instructional, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education).
* Shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end with measurable results.
* Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and creating digital learning assets (video, written, interactive).
* Portfolio of cinematic/narrative-rich courses or learning programs.

* Digital and AI savvy; able to build or learn to build AI agents.
Language Proficiency
* French: Native fluency.
* English: Fluent, written communication in English.
