The Austrian label "Lena Hoschek," founded in 2005, stands for heritage-inspired fashion that is marketed on an international scale. Prêt-à-porter collections and the traditional collections are presented twice a year.

* Responsibility for development and revision of the marketing strategy on brand and product line and distribution line level
* Actively engage in performance marketing and monitor performance based on KPIs and peer analysis
* Develop and run campaigns in national and international media
* Develop and run storytelling strategies in relation to collections and brand values
* Identification and engagement of suitable media, cooperation, brand and affiliate marketing partners
* Monitoring of market trends and implement best in class benchmarks
Profil
* Completed degree in marketing or relevant qualification
* Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the international fashion industry
* Professional leadership mentality
* Independent, structured and results-oriented working style
* Team player with a "hands-on" mentality
* Good knowledge of IT-tools which are commonly used in a marketing environment
