Your Tasks
* Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and processes at the group level
* Advising business units on all matters related to information security
* Conducting risk analyses, audits, and gap analyses, as well as supporting the implementation of corrective actions
* Developing and maintaining an effective security governance framework in line with regulatory requirements
* Identifying and assessing security risks in close collaboration with IT risk management
* Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate security requirements into business and IT processes
Your Profile
* Completed degree or training in (business) informatics / information security
* Several years of experience in IT/information security, particularly in governance & strategy
* Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
* Experience in interdisciplinary projects, analytical thinking, and a strong security awareness
* Certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA) and industry knowledge (insurance / regulated sectors) are a plus
* Very good English skills; additional CEE languages are a plus, and willingness to travel (approx. 25%)
Benefits may vary between VIG companies.
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least €50,000. If you have extensive experience and expertise, we are happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
