Software Engineer – Test Automation (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Software Developer with a focus on test automation, someone who is passionate about details and enjoys working on technical solutions. As part of an interdisciplinary Scrum team, you will support us in developing new features and enhancing existing ones, making a significant contribution to our products.

You can choose your workplace from one of our locations: our headquarters in St. Florian am Inn (near Schärding), our TechnoZ office in Braunau, or our office at the Tech Harbor in Linz—whichever location suits you best. To ensure you have a great start and get to know your team and responsibilities well, the onboarding will primarily take place at our headquarters in St. Florian am Inn.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Being involved throughout the entire process—from concept to final product—including planning, designing, and developing automated software test solutions for our web-based .NET applications (C# / ASP.NET Core Blazor)
* Developing optimal test concepts across different levels—from individual components to integration, UI, and end-to-end tests (backend services and web clients)
* Contributing constructively within development and Scrum teams
* Transparency and flexibility through agile development approaches and collaborative team methods
Requirements:
* Completed education (apprenticeship, HTL, or university degree) in computer science or relevant professional experience with a focus on test automation
* Experience in full-stack or web development, as well as familiarity with test automation frameworks, is an advantage
* Basic knowledge of a programming language, SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines is desirable
* Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, paired with accuracy
* Enthusiasm for solving complex challenges
* Good command of English
We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 41.300 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
