This role will coordinate artwork setup, color management and repro preparation through the graphics process and communication with key stakeholders within the business.Key Responsibilities IncludeReceive and acknowledge customer demand (artwork and color requests).Daily communication with customer.Facilitating customer mockup samples for production targets to drive color consistency across our operating model.Liaise between key stakeholders to ensure concepts adhere to internal graphics guidelines.Offer design solutions suitable for the dry offset printing process, through direct communication with customers and brand agencies.Coordinate design feasibility and design proof of concept enquiries.Create customer invoices, ensuring that all internal processes and lead times are followed.Create and maintain design records in Esmart (bespoke artwork management system).In charge of the customer archive which contains all the Global Master Standards. Maintaining this archive, distribution at request to main stakeholders and plants across the globe.To check and compare all targets such as ink rollouts, Proof-Masters, Global Master Standards and Plant Master Standards, where required run checks on the colour using the X-Rite equipmentWhat are we looking for?Education at high school level and relevant experience.Administration Management.Graphic knowledge (desirable).Experience in use of IT systems.Fluent English language.Advanced knowledge of MS Office package.Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
