Data Science AI & GenAI Trainer (f/m/x)

Your mission at RBI:
* Support and execute a diverse array of use cases across all departments and subsidiaries of our bank leveraging your expertise in AI and generative AI.
* Act as the vital link between business experts, IT, and Advanced Analytics & AI, integrating both traditional machine learning and generative AI methods into broader business strategies and technical solutions.
* Teach and train colleagues in data science, focusing on the application of generative AI, to further enhance these capabilities across RBI.
* Utilize state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure (end-to-end data science framework on AWS using Databricks), ensuring the effective application and generating reusable solutions for AI and generative AI.
* Translate data analysis findings and research results into actionable steps, highlighting the implications and benefits of both traditional machine learning and generative AI.
* Use your excellent communication skills to advocate around new Advanced Analytics and AI strategies in RBIs communities.
* Creatively visualize and report data findings, emphasizing the unique insights provided by both classic machine learning and generative AI, in a variety of visual formats.
Your core competencies:
* Proven experience delivering training and enablement in Data Science, Machine Learning and AI (typical background: 4–7 years), ideally within financial services.
* Experience teaching and consulting for technical and non-technical audiences, including workshop design and facilitation.
* Development of documentation and training materials tailored to technicians and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proficient in Python scripting and familiar with common ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) for diverse data science tasks.
* Track record of delivering use cases that involve complex data flows and end-to-end business processes.
* Clear communicator in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts; German language skills are a plus.
Collaborative, hands-on practitioner and self-directed learner who experiments with new techniques and supports team knowledge sharing.
