YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support global rollouts by assisting with shop launches, testing, and quality assurance in collaboration with internal and external teams
* Manage and verify product data and localized content to ensure smooth, error-free go-lives
* Execute small-scale projects independently, such as new feature introductions or data migrations while improving related processes and tools
* Prepare and maintain documentation and reports, monitor project KPIs, and ensure alignment with the E-Commerce team
* Provide operational support by optimizing platform performance, conducting market and competitor analyses, and handling support inquiries
