Order Processing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced specialist to join our team. As a key member of our order processing department, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
">
* Financial Accounting: Manage and maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
* Spending & Invoicing: Review and process employee expenses, as well as manage credit card and advance payments.
* Closing & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, and create reports to track performance.
* Order Processing / Order Fulfillment: Independently handle customer orders, including order verification, coordination with internal departments, creation of shipping and customs documents, invoicing, handling complaints and returns, tracking delivery schedules, and resolving logistical issues.
* Master Data & Systems: Maintain and update customer and product master data in our ERP system.
* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for accounting and order-related inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
">
* Several years of relevant work experience.
* Commercial education (e.g. HAK, HAS).
* Accountant's examination.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot, formulas, etc.).
* Proficiency in German and English in writing and speaking.
* A hands-on mentality and a structured approach to work.
* Team skills and strong communication abilities.
* Determination and resilience.
* A high degree of initiative and sense of responsibility.
