Overview
As Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the full F&B experience - overseeing the restaurant, bar, breakfast, and room service. You\'ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead and inspire your team, and bring fresh ideas to the table to create memorable guest moments. What You'll Do
* Lead and manage all food & beverage outlets across the hotel(s), ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
* Be responsible for recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a passionate F&B team.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to shape menus, offerings, and service standards.
* Drive profitability by managing costs, margins, and revenue opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain top-tier quality and hygiene standards.
* Build a positive team culture, focused on service, creativity, and continuous improvement.
* Be a visible leader - present on the floor, supportive of your team, and always one step ahead.
About You
* You’re an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant F&B Manager ready to take the next step.
* You’ve opened hotels or restaurants before - or you’re excited by the opportunity to do so.
* You understand lifestyle hospitality - you care about the details, the design, the storytelling, and how guests feel.
* You’re commercial, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
* You speak German and English fluently (any additional language is a bonus).
* You’re a natural leader - confident, respectful, calm under pressure, and fun to be around.

For this position we offer a salary of €4,500.- gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your professional experiences.
