We are seeking an experienced
IT Manager
to support our scale-up client with Business Process Improvement and Automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation using
Power Automate, Power BI, SQL, and AI tools
to enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role involving development, deployment, and maintenance of automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy automation solutions using
Power Automate
and other automation tools.
* Develop data-driven dashboards and reports with
Power BI
to provide actionable insights.
* Write and optimize
SQL queries
and automate tasks using Python or other scripting tools.
* Integrate AI solutions, including
Microsoft Copilot
, to enhance automation and decision-making.
* Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and streamline business processes.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain automated workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in IT management, business process improvement, or automation roles.
* Strong expertise in
Power Automate, Power BI, SQL
, and scripting with Python.
* Practical knowledge of AI tools and concepts, including
Microsoft Copilot
.
* Proven track record of leading successful automation and process improvement projects.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in change management and training end-users on new technologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Certifications in
Power Automate, Power BI
, or related technologies.
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Familiarity with other automation or AI frameworks.
* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) supporting automation solutions.
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
