Marketing & Event Assistant
Contract Start Date: Full-time (40hours)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SUPPORT AND LEARNING
* Assist in managing AMADEUS social media platforms (School and Festival) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Red Note, Bilili, WeChat etc., to ensure accounts' growth and management.
* Complete various graphic design projects (including but not limited to, brochures, videos, posters flyers and social media posts)
* Generate content and provide documentary sources for digital and print media.
* Manage and contribute to the creation, editing, and distribution of the school's Weekly Newsletter (Weekly Update), as well as the Monthly Newsletter for Educational Agents, ensuring timely delivery, engaging content, and alignment with the institution's communication strategy.
* Attend school related events and support with onsite photography, logistics and management.
* Supporting the AMADEUS Festival Vienna Team with marketing, ticketing, logistics and operational tasks
* Work with various key school personnel on a range of different projects
* Write copy for a range of different marketing publications including press release and newsletters
* Support the school in all admissions related tasks including school tours, special events (AMADEUS INsider, Fairs, Agent Roundtable, Auditions…) and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.
* Monitor Open Apply Database Tracking and iSAMS Management Information System
* Keep abreast of key educational trends, theory and developments globally
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
* Experience in a similar role, events and social media marketing
* Graphic design capability, competent in basic web design and maintenance (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator)
* Bachelor's degree or other academic qualifications pertaining to the work-field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language (C1 or C2)
* Organised, detail-oriented oriented and with strong computer skills
* Ability to work autonomously and collaborate well with colleagues
* Commitment, reliability, flexibility and trustworthiness and a high level of discretion
* Willingness and flexibility to work in varying schedules and locations according to the unique characteristics of each event.
* Resourceful, with a positive disposition
* Well-presented and excellent manners
* Valid residency and work permit for Austria or EU citizen
Desirable:
* Additional languages (ideally Chinese and German) would be an advantage
* Education sector experience
* Sales and Customer service experience

* The salary, depending on qualifications and experience, follows the current salary scale with a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 2.570,00 (14 times a year) for an employment based on a full-time equivalent Complementary lunch during the academic year
