About the Role
Bring your creative edge to one of Australia’s most iconic automotive brands in this 12-month Parental Leave cover. As our Trade Digital Design Specialist, you’ll be the go-to creative leader for all digital design supporting the Supercheap Auto Trade business. You’ll steer the visual direction of our trade websites, campaigns, and performance-led design, ensuring everything we deliver is customer‑centred, on‑brand, consistent, and impactful.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the production of digital graphic design for the SCA Trade brand across websites, campaigns, promotions, and new digital initiatives.
* Own and evolve digital style guides, templates, and processes, driving consistency and brand integrity across all Trade content.
* Optimise digital design through insights, partnering with eCommerce, Omni, and Marketing teams to understand customer behaviour, CRO opportunities, and campaign performance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring campaigns and digital assets to life.
* Champion best‑practice accessibility and CX, ensuring our Trade customers enjoy a seamless, intuitive online experience.
* Support continuous improvement, implementing quality checks, refining design processes, and ensuring our output hits the highest standard every time.
About You
You’re a digital design specialist who blends creativity with technical strength with:
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite & Adobe XD (essential)
* Strong digital design principles, including accessibility best practice
* Appreciation for UX design principles and trends
* Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and agencies
* The ability to communicate clearly, influence effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
* Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (advantageous)
* A passion for creating customer‑centric, high‑performing digital experiences
