Overview
Enterprise Risk Management Expert who will further develop risk management systems for the international ALDI SÜD Group, oriented at international standards (ISO, COSO).
Responsibilities
* In this role you will further develop the risk management systems for the international ALDI SÜD Group oriented at international standards (ISO, COSO).
* Operate a process for the identification of risks, determine ownership and monitor status of mitigation measures.
* Analyze and determine the effectiveness of established internal control systems.
* Work on the further integration of the 3-Lines Model and manage interfaces with related management systems (e.g. ISMS, ESG Compliance, BCM).
* Support the selection and introduction of a global integrated Risk Management software solution.
* Analyze and introduce adequate quantitative risk measurement approaches to determine risk appetite and risk bearing capacity.
* Conduct focused risk assessments to support business decisions (e.g., property risk assessment).
* Develop policies, standards, procedures, controls, and training material within the area of responsibility.
* Provide reports on the groupwide risk portfolio to senior management.
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
* Academic degree in Business, Risk, Finance or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a risk management related function (e.g. Enterprise Risk, ICAAP, Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity).
* Familiar with risk management methodologies and systems.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to work on complex issues independently.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
* Fluent in English; German would be beneficial.

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from €60,900.
