Responsibilities
Assisting the chef de partie in the preparation and cooking of the dishes.
Independent work at the assigned post.
Ensuring our quality and presentation standards.
Responsible handling of food and goods.
Support with receiving and checking goods.
Compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines (HACCP).
Contributing to the further development of menus and dishes.
Qualifications
Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in a professional kitchen, ideally as a commis or demi chef de partie.
Passion for high-quality cuisine and fresh ingredients.
Teamwork skills, reliability and a sense of responsibility.
Flexibility and resilience – even in stressful situations.
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
