Position
Lead of AI Workflows & Consulting – responsible for Solutions, Success & Support. You will work closely with the sales, product, marketing and partner teams and have a strategic partnership with the COO and CEO.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive solutions, success, and support for up to 50 key accounts, including onboarding, migration, go‑live, account planning and strategic development.
* Lead the portfolio development across two products – Chatarmin and armincx.
* Recruit, hire and develop a team capable of reaching €25M ARR and beyond.
* Maintain and optimise pipelines using CRM (Pipedrive).
* Conduct qualified success conversations, product demos, upsells and cross‑sell opportunities.
* Execute key‑account QBRs and personal visits for pre‑sales, sales and success phases.
* Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing and partner teams.
* Provide market feedback to product, sales and marketing for the GTM strategy.
Qualifications
* Proven track record as a team lead or IC in SaaS sales / success / solution engineering with 3–4 years experience.
* Experience managing client portfolios between €1M and €20M ARR and closing deals independently.
* Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, AI agents and workflow integrations.
* Excellent communication in German (native) and English.
* Result‑oriented with experience achieving KPIs such as GRR, NRR and churn targets.
* Self‑motivated, structured, collaborative and comfortable working from a Vienna office.
