This opportunity is a temporary position with an expected duration of around 3 years, aligned with the timeframe of the pilot line project. Continuation in a permanent role may be considered thereafter, subject to strong performance and future funding opportunities.
Your Responsibilities Include
* Supporting the technical lead(s) to oversee the entire project lifecycle, timelines, and deliverables, including daily management and communication.
* Aligning resources and coordinating the project team and external collaborators.
* Organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing relevant documents, and following up on action items.
* Planning and coordinating consortium meetings (kick-offs, annual meetings, reviews).
* Preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and monitoring follow-ups.
* Managing logistics, registration, documentation, and materials for meetings.
* Reporting internally to the Head of Enterprise Unit Research Support Office and collaborating with Division Heads and project coordinators.
* Supporting management, communication, and business development to enhance project visibility.
Your Profile
* Completed relevant education.
* First work experience in project assistance and technical understanding is advantageous.
* Structured, independent working style, reliability, and proactive attitude.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent English skills.
* Ability to think and work structurally.
* Service-oriented with team spirit.
* Good communication skills.

This position is based on the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research, starting at occupational group C (C1 salary = EUR 2,681, paid 14 times/year) based on 38.5 hours/week. We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on experience and qualifications.
