What You’ll Do
* Support and lead the execution of M&A transactions, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory mandates.
* Work across asset classes including energy transition, renewables, utilities, transport, and digital infrastructure.
* Build and review complex financial models, conduct valuation analysis, and assess projects under various operating scenarios.
* Prepare and deliver client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
* Collaborate with senior bankers and cross-functional teams to originate new opportunities and drive deal execution.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or infrastructure project finance.
* Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
* Exposure to infrastructure or energy sectors preferred, but not essential.
* Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, or related discipline.
