Responsibilities:
* Support and further development of the existing HR system landscape for over 4,700 users
* Analysis and optimization of systems in collaboration with various departments
* Participation in international transformation projects
* Coordination of external partners for the implementation and enhancement of solutions
* Error analysis and resolution (2nd level support, no 1st level)
* Creation of IT specifications, documentation, and guidelines
Your profile:
* Completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University) or equivalent professional experience
* Technical affinity and understanding of interfaces, workflows, and automation
* Experience in supporting IT solutions and applications
* Knowledge of HR software solutions (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday, etc.) is an advantage
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
* Willingness to continue learning and openness to new IT trends

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
