As Media Activation & Operations Manager you are leading the end‑to‑end media activation process in multiple markets, ensuring on‑time and full implementation of media campaigns. Your role is critical to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across functions and channels.
Your Tasks
Lead the end‑to‑end process of media campaigns implementation across functions and agencies to ensure on‑time implementation of comms campaigns, in line with precision marketing programmes and other best practice.
Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate the media operations process to ensure campaigns are executed on time.
Track and analyse the performance of local activations and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal teams, cross‑functional stakeholders and agency partners.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to continually drive operational excellence in the activation process.
Develop and optimise operational processes for campaign execution to ensure efficiency, scalability and sustainability.
Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of campaign delivery.
Identify operational challenges, anticipate future needs and areas for improvement.
Ensure high‑quality insights from the media and creative agency and apply those learnings and opportunities in future media executions.
Act as the main point of contact between the local market and communication teams for campaign execution.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field.
3+ years of experience in media operations, digital marketing, ad operations or campaign management.
Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems and performance marketing principles.
Experience with analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
Strong team player who enjoys cross‑functional teamwork.
Self‑motivated, proactive working style with a high sense of responsibility and ownership.
High level of resilience and assertiveness.
Can‑do mentality and strong prioritisation skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (German is an advantage).
