As an Identity & Access Governance Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing INNIO's enterprise-wide IAM vision. This role focuses on strategic oversight, governance, and architectural alignment of identity services with business and security objectives. While primarily strategic, the position also requires hands-on involvement in key areas to ensure secure and effective implementation.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and governance of IAM systems, including user provisioning, role-based access control, and integration with internal workflows
* Drive the implementation and lifecycle of privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk EPM, including rollout planning and validation
* Define and enforce Zero Trust architecture principles, including MFA, password-less authentication (e.g., YubiKey, WHFB), and device compliance strategies
* Oversee secure identity lifecycle processes and ensure alignment with compliance and audit requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM initiatives with business and security objectives
* Implement risk mitigations identified by the Audit team
* Provide subject matter expertise and act as an escalation point for identity-related issues
* Maintain and evolve technical documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
* Participate in high-priority incident response and change advisory board (CAB) activities to ensure secure and timely resolution of critical issues
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in IAM, PAM, and cloud security architecture
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and workflow automation tools
* Strong understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure authentication methods
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into secure solutions
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
* Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution, when required
* A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
