The opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position will play a key role in the strategy design execution of the Global Sector.
The Senior Specialist will drive connectivity and strategy execution of the Sector, convene across Regions and Service Lines, support joint prioritization, capital allocation, and growth of our Premier and Strategic Account portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Connect and collaborate: be the glue driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Sector, Super Region, and Service Line teams and ensure alignment with global and SR enablement teams.
* Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: work closely with GCSPs of strategically important accounts in driving solutions and campaigns to fuel growth.
* Facilitate and drive execution: support shaping of the vision and ambition for the Sector and drive end‑to‑end execution; support the activities of the Sector Board.
* Go‑to‑Market & big bet activation: support GtM and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of the GtM strategy and execute Sector big bets and alliance initiatives.
* Brand & market reputation: support with BMC and Insights the right market reputation for the Sector and foster relationships with external parties to support EY’s strategic positioning.

What We Look For
* Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required.
* 10+ years current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm track record.
* Flexibility to work extended hours to accommodate clients in various time zones.

Other geographies will follow their local salary guidelines, which may not be a direct conversion of published US salary ranges. * We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $135,300 to $260,400. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $162,300 to $295,900. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
* Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client‑serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
