What you can expect:
1. Independent orchestration of the group-wide operations strategy process together with the units responsible for operations
2. Promotion of group-wide cooperation in various formats, such as the Operations commUNIty and the Advisory Board
3. Responsibility for group-wide operations performance management, including top management reporting and technical implementation
4. Supporting local operations units with transformations and projects
5. Operational responsibility for operations performance management in Austria
6. Driving process optimization in Austria
7. Close cooperation with top management in all UNIQA countries
8. Leading and developing a strong, growth-oriented team
We expect:
9. Completed degree, preferably with a background in economics and/or quantitative subjects
10. Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of management experience
11. Relevant professional experience
12. Technical expertise in strategy, process optimization, and performance management
13. Strong communication skills, including with top management stakeholders, and high resilience
14. Insurance knowledge is an advantage
15. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
