We are looking for a Back Office Leader (m/f/d) in Graz, Austria.

Your Tasks

* Team leader function
* Project development in coordination with internal departments
* Quotation costing
* Quotation preparation
* Order processing (technical/commercial)
* Quotation follow-up for amounts < €10,000 or as agreed with Sales
* Order verification (customers/suppliers)
* Deadline monitoring for customer and supplier orders
* Control of order-related documentation
* System maintenance and archiving
* Clarification of complaints in cooperation with Sales
* Maintenance of customer contact data in the CRM system
* Customer reporting to the department manager or within the CRM
* Technical support in the preparation of marketing and sales materials

Your Profile

* Completed technical apprenticeship or degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
* Solid understanding of machine components
* Experience in preparing technical quotations, cost calculations, and project scheduling
* Knowledge of quality management
* Strong sales and customer focus
* You communicate clearly in both written and spoken form and handle feedback constructively
* A service-oriented and team-focused approach defines your way of working
* You demonstrate strong communication and delegation skills, think entrepreneurially, and build effective relationships

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.269,07 for this position.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
