This Service Lifecycle Expert will be working closely with our colleagues at Siemens Healthineers in their headquarters in Erlangen/Forchheim and all over the world.Your tasks and responsibilitiesSupporting the Service Product Managers in various activities throughout the service lifecycle of our software solutionsHandling and coordinating update management activities for various products, including participation in strategic planning meetings, creation of upgrade guides, andmonitoring upgrade performanceRepresenting service aspects in various steering committees and organize/moderate international meetingsCreating and coordinating service information and documentation, such as service strategy documentsYour qualifications and experienceYou hold a degree in computer science, information technology, or a comparable fieldYou have professional experience in IT service or IT product management with customer contact, ideally in the healthcare sectorIdeally, you have product knowledge of digital Siemens Healthineers solutions (e.g. Syngo Carbon or eHealth platforms)You have a forward-thinking technical mindset and are highly goal-oriented in implementing identified opportunitiesYour skillsYou are fluent in German and English, spoken and written: Our on-premises teams largely communicate in German, but we also communicate with our international colleagues in EnglishYou are highly motivated and hold yourself to high performance standards.
