Hotel Manager/ F&B Director - FIJI based
Beachcomber Island Resort, one of Fiji’s most iconic island destinations, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager/Director to lead our vibrant F&B operations. About the Role
We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can manage daily F&B operations, elevate service standards, inspire a multicultural team, and deliver memorable dining experiences that match our island’s unique energy. You will oversee restaurants, bars, events, stock control, menu planning, cost management, and staff training, ensuring smooth operations and a consistently high-quality product.
Lead and manage F&B outlets across the resort
Maintain exceptional guest service and strong service culture
Oversee budgeting, stock, purchasing, and cost controls
Work closely with the Executive Chef on menus and food quality
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
Recruit, train, and mentor F&B team members
Drive revenue through innovative concepts, promotions, and events
Liaise with resort management to deliver cohesive operations
Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Director (resort experience preferred)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Financial acumen and confident with cost control, ordering, and reporting
Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, island‑style environment
