YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Further development of our central automation system as part of an agile, international development team
2. Adapting the current technology stack to new requirements and ensuring future viability
3. Shaping the structure of the future system in collaboration with software architects and its iterative implementation
4. Contributing to the development of a flexibly expandable framework that enables colleagues in software development to easily, efficiently, and cross-technologically integrate existing and new functional parts
5. Ensuring the code quality, performance, and robustness of our system to meet the high demands of our customers
YOUR PROFILE:
6. Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences, Technical University, or comparable) with a focus on information technology, computer science, or a related field
7. At least 3 years of professional experience in software development (.NET/C#, C/C++), efficient handling of concurrency, parallelism, and distribution, as well as in the implementation of well-testable software and corresponding automated tests at different levels
8. Good knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems as well as various communication protocols and technologies such as Http/Rest, gRPC, 0MQ, OAuth, etc., and their secure application
9. High quality awareness and ability to develop platform-independent applications that are both performant and easy to operate and maintain
10. Very good knowledge of English, German desirable

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
