What You'll Be Doing:
Lead finance for DuluxGroup's Distribution & Freight network, overseeing a $110M cost base across five state warehouses and national freight operations. As the key financial partner to the Head of Distribution, you'll manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, and strategic analysis while contributing to leadership decisions.
This hybrid role blends financial oversight with operational projects, including freight optimization, S&O, and inventory planning. You'll work closely with numerous stakeholders across finance and operations, mentor a direct report, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

What We're Looking for:
* Degree in Accounting or related discipline, with CA/CPA qualification (or currently studying).
* Relevant industry experience ideally in supply chain, distribution, freight, manufacturing, FMCG, or retail.
* Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
* Advanced financial modelling and evaluation skills, with solid commercial acumen.
* Proficiency in key systems such as SAP and strong analytical capability.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage across diverse stakeholders.
